15-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 15-day window from the date of delivery for you to report any issues with your order. This timeframe pre-aligns with the Printify replacement policy, allowing us to promptly address any concerns and initiate the replacement process within Printify's 30-day window.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 15 days of delivery. Please send an email to seekingtruth88@fractaldigitaldesign.com. Include a detailed description and clear photo showing the problem for swift resolution.

Refund or Replacement:

Upon our verification of the issue, we will offer a free replacement for the damaged or defective item, provided the conditions outlined in our policy are met. We do not offer refunds.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly or if you change your mind.

Additional Information:

If there is an issue affecting multiple products with the same design, we may request an additional photo or video showing all affected items for confirmation purposes. We will not be held responsible for customer errors in ordering or for minor variations in print placement, as per Printify's guidelines. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you may opt for a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
